WorkInTheFLOW was first piloted as an artisanal placemaking initiative with support from Friends of Bloomingdale Regional Library in Tampa, FL at a dozen different branches of Hillsborough County Public Libraries, and some of the coolest librarians in the world. The grassroots initiative won acclaim when Urban Libraries Council recognized it as a 2016 Innovation.Members follow the rules of any public space they chose for meeting or working alongside one another in a state of flow.
